The Blues lifted their second-ever Champions League trophy on Saturday evening as Kai Havertz netted the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win over Manchester City in the final.
Thomas Tuchel has done a wonderful job at Stamford Bridge so far, but the German coach will be keen to carry on the upwards trajectory.
This means, once again, Marina Granovskaia could have a very busy summer ahead of her in terms of incoming transfers.
As well as this, Chelsea have a few ‘fringe’ players that could be set to leave west London over the coming months, including the likes of Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud.

Chelsea are keen on signing Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore this summer, according to reports.
The Blues are keen on adding reinforcements to Thomas Tuchel’s squad and a new right-sided player is on his wish list. However, chasing a move for Traore may not be so easy, as he would favour a return to Spain over a move to west London, it seems.
“If I do not have the option of Barca and I have to go to Real Madrid, I do not close any doors,” he said last year.
“There was a misunderstanding with Barca. Something happened that I didn’t like, but I prefer to keep it for myself.”
Giroud exit update
Olivier Giroud looks like he could be on his way out of Chelsea this summer.
The Frenchman’s contract is due to expire very soon and he has been linked with numerous clubs around the world.
One of them is AC Milan, and a report from Sempre Milan says that Paolo Maldini has already started negotiations with Giroud.
Kounde open to move following Blues rumours
Jules Kounde has admitted it is almost “certain” he will move away from Sevilla in the summer amid transfer links to Chelsea.
Kounde enjoyed a fine season in La Liga and his form has earned him links with top clubs around the continent – including the newly-crowned European champions.
“Regarding my future, it is certain that I will perhaps have to change clubs this summer, but nothing has been finalised yet, I have not decided anything,” said Kounde.
Hazard rules out Blues return amid transfer rumours
Eden Hazard has ruled out a sensational return to Chelsea, despite rumours he could be leaving Real Madrid.
Hazard has struggled for consistency at Los Blancos, partly down to numerous injury problems, and has now been speaking about his future.
“I still have a three-year contract with Real Madrid, so going back to England is out of the question,” he said.
“Everyone knows that my first two years were not good, so first I want to prove myself at Real Madrid. I will do everything to do that.
“I certainly don’t see myself leaving Madrid, given the contract situation. I know myself and I know when I’m in shape. If that’s the case, I can give it my all for Real next season. That’s my plan.”
