Chelsea are still on cloud nine after their Champions League victory, but the work for next season has already begun.

The Blues lifted their second Champions League crown on Saturday night after beating Manchester City in Porto, thanks to Kai Havertz’s first-half effort.

But despite success in Europe, Chelsea struggled to compete to the same level in the Premier League, settling for fourth and 19 points behind eventual champions City.

The job for Thomas Tuchel now is to take the success from Europe into the Premier League and close the gap next season as part of a title bid.

But to do that, he might need a new signing or two, particularly as far as a striker is concerned with the likes of Olivier Giroud and Tammy Abraham expected to depart.

In our live blog below, we have the latest on the striker search and much more as we bring you all the latest transfer news concerning the Blues.

Milan target Chelsea defenders

AC Milan have a longstanding interest in Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori but according to Sempre MIlan, he is not the only Blues defender the Italian giants have their eye on this summer.

Eighteen-year-old Tino Livramento has also grabbed the attention of the Rossoneri, with the teenager a potential transfer target this summer.

The Chelsea wing-back won the Academy Player of the Year award this season and has a contract with the club until the summer of 2022, if no new deal is agreed with Livramento the England U19 international could be joining Tomori in Milan.
